**All shows 21+—valid ID required**Doors: 7:00 PMShow: 7:30 PMZACK KRALL & THE DISPATCHZack Krall and The Dispatch is a four-piece, heavy-hitting rock band incorporating elements of blues, garage rock, funk, and punk. Founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in May of 2022, the band consists of Chris Cerbone on drums, Yoren Maniquis on bass, Eoin “Limpin’ Lemon Lincoln” Kelly on keyboards, and Zack Krall on guitar and vocals. The outfit has come out swinging, playing energetic, electrifying live shows to fans across multiple cities. Their debut single, “Bleed” was released on October 28, 2022 on all streaming platforms.https://www.zackkrallmusic.com/ THE POLYCHROMATICSPhilly Psych, communicated via instruments to be digested by auditory receptors.https://linktr.ee/the.polychromatics NEMATODENematode is a psychedelic pop band that has reinvented themselves more times before their debut EP than some groups do in a lifetime. In the last four years, every setback endured by the band allowed a new opportunity to reassess their work and redefine their future. The surprise EP ‘Pipeline’ offers Nematode at their most serene. The three tracks spill into one another. Bookended by delicate keys, fluttering harmonies, and the groups first foray into string arrangements and horns. The full breadth of Nematode is realized by the psychedelic cacophony that erupts in the middle, cementing deft tonal shifts as a signature of the band’s sound. The official debut ‘Gulp’ fleshes these ideas out further and draws upon a swath of influences across decades of pop, rock, and psychedelia, while remaining unmistakably their own. Nematode is anchored by Aaron Easton and Larry Flatley, who brought Nematode to life in late 2017 while living in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The duo have since relocated to New Jersey where they can write and record their own music in house as well as produce for other bands. They are joined in the studio and on stage by Brian Hughes, Eddy Machado, and Dan Silver.https://linktr.ee/nematodeband
Rickshaw Billie’s Burger Patrol ~ Mandrax ~ Kelli Maning

**All shows 21+—valid ID required** Doors: 7:00 PM Show: 7:30 PM Rickshaw Billie’s Burger PatrolWith their 5th studio release, Rickshaw Billie’s Burger Patrol is putting a name to the style of fuzzed out, overdriven, melodic, groovy music they have been making since 2016. In 9 concise, no bullshit songs, RBBP demonstrates their ability to blend the merciless low end of Leo Lydon’s 8-String guitar, Aaron Metzdorf’s masterful chordwork on the bass, and Sean St.Germain’s driving drumwork. Lydon and Metzdorf’s vocal melodies cut through the high frequencies to deliver fresh layers to the hooks that RBBP fans have come to love. As the name implies, Doom Wop is a heavy, melody-driven, party metal album. With riffs as big and dumb as ever, and lyrics that stab at the worst members of society and ourselves (while keeping tongue firmly in cheek), listeners will find all the elements that make up the soul of RBBP on this record. Doom Wop is available on CD and download, released on September 23rd, 2022. Vinyl LP release date TBD.https://rickshawbilliesburgerpatrol.com/ Mandrax Mandrax is a New Jersey-based psychedelic and progressive rock band formed in 2018 by Vocalist/Guitarist Richie Borman and Drummer Anthony Trimarco. Unwed Sailor ~ LAZERDISC

**All shows 21+—valid ID required** Doors: 7:00 PM Show: 7:30 PM Unwed SailorAfter two decades of critically acclaimed and fan-adored releases, Unwed Sailor has become a fixture within the indie rock/pop landscape. A familiar and unceasing tide. A steady hand through turbulent channels. In many ways, the band’s forthcoming release MuteThe Charm represents an exercise in addition by subtraction –creating a layered emotive experience through more organic means. At its core, it is a pop rock record with chiming guitars, melodic bass, and rock solid drums– more aligned with the accessible sides of artist influences ranging from The Sundays, Joy Division, and The Stone Roses to Led Zeppelin, Lungfish, and 90’s indie rock band, Seam, than the band’s previous and more ambient releases. “MuteThe Charmis a back to the basics, primal record,” says Johnathon Ford. “It’s instrumental music without all the dressings. Muting the Charm, digging in the dirt, swimming in the ocean, going back to the basics, feeling those primal feelings of nature, and reflecting those feelings in songs. ”Mute The Charm also functions as a notable checkpoint in Unwed Sailor’s continuous progress in blurring the lines between post and pop rock. “I want to transcend the barrier that being an instrumental band with no vocals can sometimes bring between the artist and the listener,” says Ford. “When I sit down to write a song, I’m not writing a post-rock song, I’m writing a pop song. I’m singing through my bass lines. The bass is my voice and the notes are my lyrics. I love how bands like Tycho and El Ten Eleven have created their own voices through instrumental music that appeals to all listeners, not just post rock or instrumental music fans. My goal is to reach and inspire all music fans, not just post rock fans. Mute the Charm is all-at-once a love letter to specific cities and scenes, a longing retrospective on relationships with people and the past, a nod to formative artists and trailblazers, and a hopeful look ahead towards a less tumultuous future. Stay tuned to spartan records.for updates on Unwed Sailor, and be sure to catch the band on their upcoming tour with The Chills this fall – featuring a new live show with visuals by renowned UK artist Gary Prendergast.http://www.instagram.com/unwedsailorhttps://open.spotify.com/artist/7kkPAVpkDYfXCSDzaRk6IU?si=iXhJnq3uRwKISiEk-zEsQwLAZERDISC Lazerdisc is a Philadelphia-based band formed by singer-songwriter and guitarist, Kevin Schultes. Joined on the drums by longtime bandmate, Jon Applebaum, Jory Fox on bass, Chelsea Oliver on synth, and Meagan Schweiger on keys, Kevin’s songs have taken on new life. The resulting sound blends elements from the genres, rock, grunge, electropop, and alt-country to accompany lyrics about love and heartbreak set in the city of Philadelphia. Lazerdisc is excited to announce their debut performance at Kung Fu Necktie on June 2nd, where fans can expect to hear a mix of both original songs and covers that showcase the band’s diverse musical influences.https://open.spotify.com/artist/0aNKvJZAEzMqPypUYDa6ly?si=zat_uh29TsaqXFHdBEsaCw

The move to Charlotte, North Carolina and later meeting a few key players in the underground music scene gave Jah-Monte the breakthrough he needed to cement him into the scene as a major player. Jah-Monte’ sound mirrors that of the late 90’s Common Sense or Slum Village with his own added flavor thrown in and that’s what’s truly given him an advantage over many of the artists that surround him. His strength lies in his ability to engage a crowd while leaving them with much food for thought and making them come back for much more.Twitter & IG @jahmonteogbonhttps://kingcallis.bandcamp.com/NOLANCali-born. Caring Less ~ DEAN ~ Goth Goth

**All shows 21+—valid ID required** Doors: 7:00 PM Show: 7:30 PM Caring LessCaring Less is a rock band from Philadelphia, PA. The band formed in early 2019 when Sara, Ryan and Nathan met on the Philly DIY forums online. Not long after meeting for the first time, the three started playing covers of Fleetwood Mac songs and adapting Sara’s previously acoustic music to be played by a full band. Sara pulled in Nicholas to drum, and the foursome was set. The band’s music combines the shimmering, heavy guitars of indie legends Soccer Mommy and Petal with lyric and vocal styles reminiscent of the soulful Joni Mitchell and Jeff Buckley. Caring Less has been playing shows at venues all over the Philadelphia area, including The Grape Room, Khyber Pass Pub, and West Philly’s famous Porchfest music festival. The core of Caring Less’s music is lead singer Sara Johnson’s expressive and evocative vocals. Nathan Garfield sings backup vocals and plays lead guitar, Ryan Acito holds down the bass lines and Nicholas Kreh keeps it all together with the drums. Caring Less spent the summer of 2021 recording and perfecting their first major release, an EP due in Summer 2022. This EP has six songs demonstrating the depth and breadth of their unique sound. Sara has spent the last four years recording and publishing music under her solo project Stone Cold Grace. Nathan is one half of The Goodin Brothers and has published music since 2015 under the name Special Something. Ryan and Nicholas bring their own past experience to the band, having played in numerous underground bands around Philly.https://linktr.ee/caringlessDEANhttps://linktr.ee/deandeandeanGoth Gothhttps://linktr.ee/gothgothphilly
POSSESSED BY PAUL JAMES ~ Driftwood Soldier ~ Jason McCue

**All shows 21+—valid ID required** Doors: 7:00 PM Show: 7:30 PM POSSESSED BY PAUL JAMEShttps://www.ppjrecords.com/Driftwood SoldierDriftwood Soldier isn’t your average mandolin-bass foot-stomping gutter-folk duo. Growling and crooning, muttering about lost love, brimstone, and the glorious view from the underside of a rusty world order, Owen holds the rhythm on mandolin and foot percussion. To his left, Bobby stretches bass notes into lyrical vines that vibrate somewhere north of your liver and flower unexpectedly at night. This is the kind of roots music that grows through the cracks in a West Philly sidewalk and drinks its rainwater laced with motor oil. Their second full-length album, Stay Ahead of the Wolf, arrived late in 2019. It was produced with Erin McKeown and mixed by Grammy winner Ted Hutt. Unfazed by a world in disarray, Stay Ahead of the Wolf crawled up onto its four legs and went barrelling through the digital ether, carrying with it this strange beast’s howl.https://driftwoodsoldier.comhttps://driftwoodsoldier.bandcamp.comhttps://www.instagram.com/driftwoodsoldierJason McCueJason McCue is an indie-folk artist. After moving to Seattle for college, Jason gained musical notoriety for competing and placing first in the 2017 MoPOP Sound Off! Competition for Pacific Northwest artists who are 21 and under. He went on to perform his set at distinguished festivals such as Bumbershoot, Timber, and Doe Bay Festivals, and released his records PANGAEA and Wasteland off Portland’s treasured Fluff and Gravy Records. After graduating from Seattle University, Jason packed up his guitar, stuffed his suitcase into a Toyota Corolla, and started touring to every corner of the continental U.S. He now finds himself in Philadelphia, where he’s currently performing regularly. In September 2022, Jason’s released his latest album, “Screen, Turn On” with Fluff and Gravy Records.https://jasonmccue1.bandcamp.comwww.instagram.com/jasonmmccuewww.facebook.com/jasonmccuemusic
