Esoteric Black Metal from Philadelphia, formed summer 2020. A distinctive blend of beauty and brutality, the music is inspired by post-rock and discordant black metal, with incorporations of shoegaze and dark ambient noise. In reference to the aura of rot and decay, and reflecting the hues of earth, Deadyellow lends realization to the motifs of darkness and melancholy. Lyrics explore themes of life and death, wonder and loss, philosophy and the human condition.
