Lowercoaster
Philadelphia based Lowercoaster dishes out a blend of emo, math rock, and punk that’s
sure to catch your ear. Intricate, melodic guitars and a driving rhythm section have helped band
members Jesse, Zack, Cam, and Nolee carve out their own corner in a thriving Philly DIY
scene.

Dear Season
Drawing influence from bands like The Wonder Years, The Hotelier, and Tiny Moving
Parts, Dear Season blends a range of emo, post-hardcore, and math-rock inspiration into their
sound. Since forming in the Philadelphia suburbs in 2023, Dear Season has released their
debut self-titled EP and performed at a number of notable Philly-area venues including The
Colonial Theater and Silk City. The band consists of Sean Slattery (guitar, vocals), Mario
Delano (bass, vocals), Brian Foster (guitar, saxophone), and Nate Gittelman (drums).

Sharing Contest
Harnessing the underdog ethos of Philadelphia, Sharing Contest began as a
collaboration between singer/songwriter Alex Fichera and multi-instrumentalist, Sam Ansa. The
band’s debut EP, Slumber, was a study on collaboration, used as part of Fichera’s senior
project while attending Drexel University. The duo quickly found that this collaboration was a
match made in heaven. Fichera’s raw and unfiltered lyricism was underscored perfectly by
Ansa’s virtuosic instrumental abilities. The EP’s success led to it being named one of Philly’s
best releases of 2021 by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Since that first release, Sharing Contest’s lineup has expanded to include bassist/backing
vocalist Reese Daugherty, and drummer Jordan Colucci. The group continues to perform
emotional and energetic live shows around the Philadelphia area. The band’s debut album
“Lucky You!” grapples with the theme of disillusionment from the world. The album features a
dynamic blend, ranging from the lush shoegaze of “Fade,” to the twinkly emo of its title track.
Sharing Contest’s newest single, “Overexposure,” was released on September 5th, 2025.
