Dylan Reese & Ollie Joseph ~ Doss ~ Don Gadi

Dylan Reese is originally from Chicopee, MA. From a young age, he was determined to carve out a lane for himself in the music industry. As an artist, he's done just that - collaborating with the likes of Musiq Soulchild, Twista & Paul Wall, along with more notable names and a handful of rising peers. Dylan has also been fortunate enough to tour all over North America, as both support + a headlining act. If you like 90's-2000's R&B, you'll more than likely find a ton of songs that you enjoy within his catalog (over 200 songs released). Delivering buttery vocals & thoughtful storytelling on top of memorable yet classic sounding production; Dylan will continue to reach new ears in an inevitable new way.

When moving to Los Angeles in 2017, Dylan was forced to load up his tool belt with different skills in order to stay afloat as an entrepreneur. He built a skillset within audio engineering, graphic design, music production, video editing, booking DIY tours, etc - that initially, he was utilizing for his own projects. But he was quickly being tasked + hired to tackle projects for other artists / small labels. This forced him to learn the ins and outs of the industry on the business side as well.

ELLIS! was born in January 2022 - It's an artist project rooted in Hip-Hop, that leans into saying "yes" + seeing through various creative endeavors, without borders.

In April 2023, Pretty Pretty Management was formed. Dylan has always been a self managed artist and found himself in a position to help some very talented friends - Abstract + Adam Yokum. Playing the role of an artist manager is something that Dylan is really enjoying. Empowering other creatives to bring their vision to life, while remaining in control and independent is a very powerful thing. "The main goal with PPM is to make things that we like, with the people that we like, on our own terms."

All things considered, it's fair to say that in 2024 - Dylan wears many hats. He's equally as passionate about all of them and as long as that's true, he'll remain putting his best foot forward in all directions.

That’s me on the right, a regular guy who’s been making songs and sharing them with the world since late 2016. I was born in Yokosuka, Japan. Raised there, Florida, and Michigan. Definitely identify as a Midwesterner; love spending time with family & friends and being in the outdoors. Not a huge fan of talking about myself, I don’t know what else to say. But, while you’re here, I do have a message for you. Whatever it is you want do actually pursue in life, start now. Even if it’s baby steps, please start now. Take it from someone who had very little music making talent and still doesn’t fully know what he’s doing, you can succeed. Start now and don’t stop. Doss is a rapper/singer/songwriter hailing from Stamford, CT. Born Brandon Docimo, the artist was influenced by Eminem, Cassidy, Nas, Biggie, and Drake. Also influenced by Dwayne Wade and Derek Jeter, Doss fell in love with sports and music at a young age. It was initially just a passionate hobby, as he decided to focus on athletics.

In 2015, his college baseball career ended and his love for music was revitalized. He immediately made a name for himself in the local hip-hop community. Since then his talent has rapidly developed. His music is often recognized for it’s versatility. Doss mixes a vibrant pop feel with creative in depth verses that bring his songs to life in a unique way. He balances storytelling lyrical rap with a pop harmonizing vibe, and everything in between. Doss is determined to become one of Connecticut’s most acclaimed artists.
