Philadelphia-via-Massachusetts synthesist Jenn Taiga draws from a cornucopia of influences to craft a resplendent and dark style of music tangentially related to dungeon synth and Berlin school music. A prolific studio artist and even more active touring act, Jenn Taiga draws from real-life experiences– putting on full display her deep struggles as a trans woman in America, as well as her deep affinity for SM –to craft a unique live presence with a performance which is as extramusical as it is exciting. Performed entirely live and exclusively with analog synthesizers, Jenn Taiga’s entrancing performances are marked with a professional level of skill and an unexpected measure of fun.
