Gloom East is an indie-rock duo from Philadelphia made up of Angie and Zaia. Just over a year ago, they dropped out of college and moved to a city they barely knew to focus on music full-time. That decision shaped their recent EP, there’s no place like home—a raw and honest look at what it means to start over and build something from nothing. With every release, Gloom East continues to evolve their sound and redefine what it means to be an indie duo.
